The formations in the background jutting into the sea remind me of the Dingle Peninsula, Slea Head if I'm not mistaken. So I'm gonna go ahead and guess this is Dingle! Gorgeous spot. I'm not entirely sure from where this picture has been taken though, exactly. I've never seen that bell!
