Super to hear that you have sorted out your itinerary!

Big thanks indeed to Mary and my colleague Melin, we love to help people with their itineraries to get the most out of your time with us.

If we don't get a chance to meet, please post us a photo or two of your travels along the Causeway Coast, we love the feedback on places visited.

Speak soon,

Martin

Good morning all, to follow up to all the wonderful assistance I received in this forum I want to report our trip exceeded expectations. The weather was perfect, which probably increased traffic but all was smooth sailing. We decided to skip Giants Causeway as the car parks were full and we had just been to Carrick a Rede and had a good dose of scenic wonder. Drove past the bustling Bushmills festival and on to Dunluce which was dramatic and enchanting. Then back through by the dark hedges and home tot Belfast. Just a lovely lovely day Here's a snap of the Mr and I:https://d2b4i25io5fq3v.cloudfront.net/10-06-2018/9ccd28ca-6c73-458c-99fc-4b40.jpg

Thanks for the wonderful photo of you both at Dunluce Castle, it certainly looks like you had a super day!

How was the experience at Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge? It is a fascinating spot, built for the fishermen of the area to catch the Salmon. Do you have a photo of you all crossing the bridge?

Also, it is wonderful to hear that you managed a drive to the Dark Hedges, made famous in the Game of Thrones but a wonderful place to see even if you are not a fan of the series.

Were you able to take a photo of the legendary beech trees as they span the "Kings Road"?

Martin, Carrick a Rede was wonderful as well. The descent and ascent from the bridge guy or heart rates going. No pictures of crossing as I was holding the sides absorbing the bounce. Bigger cries but the wait was only about ten minutes. Lovely staff and tea house. The dark hedges were enchanting! Made me a bit sad people felt it okay to carve into the ancient trunks. Got there just as a tour group of GoT fans arrived so there was a plethora of reenacters posing along the lane. But the Beech trees remained the star.

I understand about the no pictures from the bridge walk!

In all of our conversations, we have never asked about your time in Dublin.

How was your time spent in the city? What did you manage to see and do?

Hi Molli,
SO GLAD you and your family had a great day out along the Causeway Coastal Route, and that the weather was nice. Today the sea is very rough!
And thank you for letting us know how you got on and for sharing the lovely photograph with us. It’s nice to know what you look like!
All the best,
Mary.
