Good morning, Javier: On the tour between Limerick and Dublin you can enjoy many hidden gems of the island. A few kilometers away from Limerick, you will find Killaloe , a beautiful town with a lot of history and that is definitely worth a visit. Not so far from the highway, there is also Birr Castle, one of the star attractions of the Ancestral East of Ireland . Another very interesting stop, turning a little further to the northwest, is the monastic settlement of Clonmacnoise , with its imposing ruins. Finally, you might consider stopping at Kildare , to visit, among other things, its wonderful Japanese Gardens. Here you will find the route with all the stops on the Google map. I am sure you will enjoy this itinerary very much for less known places on the island. Wishing to know how the trip will go! Happy day! Valentina
