Hey Antje,
At the current time, indoor hospitality (restaurants and bars) has reopened for people who are fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 6 months, as well as children under 18 in their care. You can find more details about the official measures on the website of
the Irish government.
You can still avail of outdoor service however, if offered, or the indoor hospitality services of your place of accommodation.
Measures and restrictions are evolving periodically according to the current health situation, so I'd recommend keeping an eye on official resources as well as
our traveller health page,
as things can change.
I hope this information is helpful to you.
We'd be happy to assist you in Dutch too btw, if you prefer. :)
Groeten,
Joris
