Hi, Callum

These are the highs and lows of researching family history. Intriguing what Armagh Ancestry found out, but you can keep that to yourself. :)

It would be great for you if you are indeed related to Oliver Reed, more research will hopefully prove either way.

Birth certificates are really important records when trying to locate family members, they contain loads of relevant information that can point you in the right direction. Keep going, let us know what you find out.

Martin

Hi there,
I know this post was made many moons ago but William McCulloch is also a direct ancestor of mine whose records I have been struggling to find.

I don't know if you ever came across this information but William McCulloch's great grandson was named Mark Young McCulloch however when Mark got married, he actually adjusted his name to Mark Young MacCulloch. Mark Y MacCulloch is my great-grandfather.

I realise this may be a weird message but I get excited about this kind of stuff. If you are interested in finding more about William McCulloch's descendants, feel free to respond and I can send you everything I have (-:

Thank you for the information you have provided!

Thank you so much for sharing this, Jessica — what a wonderful contribution!

We really appreciate you taking the time to add your piece to the puzzle, and we remain hopeful it will help others who may be connected to the McCulloch family.

Fingers crossed,
Antoine
