Looking for advice

I recently stayed in a hotel in Bray Co Wicklow. It was horrendous and our room was FiILTHY!
I have complained numerous times to the manager and all he will do is offer a complimentary overnight stay but I like in the UK and have no plans to go back in the foreseeable future and would NEVER want to stay in that hotel again! Manager is persistently ignoring all my emails.
Any advice as to where I can take this now would be much appreciated
