Hi Mike , Welcome to our community , and it ' s great that you ' ll be doing the Ring of Kerry in May . It ' s a lovely time of year to be visiting . Don ' t worry about your motorhome ; coaches and tour buses travel the Ring of Kerry easily and safely every day , so as long as you relax and take in the views you ' ll be fine . The buses drive in an anti - clockwise direction around the ring of Kerry and I ' d certainly advise you to follow the same direction to avoid meeting them head on and having to duck into passing bays . We also have it on very good authority that the views are better if you travel anti - clockwise ! ;) There are some great places to visit along the way too , and we have a few tips and ideas for inspiration or just some pre - trip fun .
