For anybody who is interested in visiting the Beara Peninsula in West Cork, the link below has some information. It is well worth going to, the scenery is very like the Ring of Kerry, but the trip takes a lot less time.

Hi Martin,

Thanks a lot for sharing with us!

It seems like you and Misha experienced the four seasons during your trip.

Did you make it to any other places besides your home area?

Hope this was the first trip of many back in Ireland.😉

Morning Elodie, ya was certainly four seasons in a short space of time!
We also had a few days in Dublin going around Trinity and the museums as I wanted to show Misha some of the Celtic history and our wildlife.
A day in Cork and a few days in Killarney too, but as I hadn't been home in over a year we spent most time there. Maybe that's why I appreciated it so much this time.
Hopefully we'll be returning in June and will have lots planned for that trip like the Wild Atlantic Way and possibly a tour of some of the castles.

Hi Martin,

A trip along the west coast this June sounds like a great plan! Since you had such a good time on the Beara Peninsula, I think you might like these hidden gems along the Wild Atlantic Way as well. What do you have planned so far for this summer?

If you have any questions or could use some tips, please don't hesitate to reach out! :)
