Hi Louis,

We have had several similar questions regarding information on relatives leaving the island of Ireland for pastures new!

Please take a look at the following posts on McCroskey, Fletcher Family and also our Helpful Research Tips page too. There are some lovely research ideas that may be able to start your search for information on John and Sarah.

What information have you managed to find already which has led you to your family emigrating from the island of Ireland to New Brunswick, Canada?

Speak soon,

Martin

Thank you so much for jumping in, Margaret! It's never too late. 😊

Were you able to find long-lost relatives thanks to ship records yourself? Some websites such as Roots Ireland provide Irish passengers lists if ever.

Cheers,
Antoine
