:)Old or vintage photographs are getting easier to come by fortunately, and the website for the
Royal Dublin Fusiliers has a page with a selection of photographs. If you know the exact batallion your ancestor was in (was it your grandfather or great-grandfather?) you can
contact them directly to see if they have any photographs of that batallion taken in the years you are looking for and to see if they have any that have been identified as James.

Do you have any more information on James and Elizabeth, like a date of marriage, or perhaps even dates of birth and places of birth?
