In Canada we are used to having debt/credit card machines readily available at almost all places of business. How common are they in Ireland? i.e. If we shop/dine in small towns & villages and visit historic sites will we require cash or will we be able to use our cards? We noticed a few years ago, when traveling in Scotland, that if there were debt/credit card machines available they didn't include the tip option. Looking forward to our trip & your feed back, K
