I am sure they would enjoy the mystical Beehive Huts and the rugged landscapes. Ireland is basically one big playground!
A trip to Dingle would not be complete without saying hi to Fungie the dolphin. This friendly fellow has been living in Dingle Bay for over 30 years and he just loves to meet people. There are tours leaving the harbour on a daily basis (weather dependant) and it’s a great day out for the entire family.

The Dingle Corn Maze might also be fun to visit with your children! You could also take your kids to one of the many sandy (and safe) beaches, such as Inch Beach.

Should it be a bit wet (after all, the grass needs to stay green!), you could take your children to the Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium in the town centre. Here, you can get close up and personal with some ocean inhabitants, such as tortoises and even sharks. It’s also possible to stroke rays and hold a starfish!

For more ideas on what to see and do in Dingle, you could head over to the Family Fun website. Here, you can find both indoor and outdoor attractions, filtered by location.

Dingle with kids is great, every age loves a boat trip out to see if Fungi the Dolphin appears in the bay. The boat goes from the centre of town, just across from the Aquarium (who do day tickets so if it's showery weather, you can head in when it's wet, then out when showers clear up). No trip to Dingle is complete without a visit to Murphy's Icecream shop, words can't describe how good it tastes. Even if you can't take dairy, they do the most wonderful raspberry sorbet.
There is a great walk along by the coast down by the Dingle Skellig Hotel, if your kids are small, then it's short enough to keep them occupied, you can see out across the harbour and watch Fungi playing with the boats.
Tralee is great for kids too, mine love gathering the fallen petals from the bushes in the Rose Garden and the playground in the Town Park. If you have a wet day, the Aquadome is a great way to keep them all entertained.
