Wintry Ireland

Hi Everyone!

We hear a lot, "Winter is Coming" but in a couple of days winter will be here! ❄️

To celebrate the first day of Winter, I invite you all to share your most wintry picture of Ireland.
We all know that we can have the 4 seasons in one day throughout the year, so don't forget to mention where and when the picture was taken. 👍

A very frosty early morning in near of the Wild Atlantic Way in Manorcunningham. 

Ormeau Road in Belfast is super sunny today! It's chilly, but the sun is nice and warm. My favourite kind of winter weather! :) 

A beautiful December day overlooking Dunluce Castle.  The low winter sunshine is highlighting the ancient walls. 

There's something quite wondrous and romantic about Ireland in winter. Being from the east coast of the US where winter can be bitterly cold and snowy, I find Irish winters to be super mild -- perfectly suited to exploring out-of-doors, with so much to see and do!

I especially love winter walks, winter skies, and winter trad sessions (see pics below) 💚
