Car Rental without creditcard

Hello everyone I have planned a holiday to Ireland next month (April 2020). I have been looking to rent a car, but most of the companies require a credit card. I tried to apply for 1, but at this time I don't make enough money to apply for one and I cant make more right now.

So, I am wondering is it possible to rent a car with a n dutch debit card (SNS) or cash in Dublin?
