Honestly I want a little bit of both, since I live in Texas I would like to fly over and surprise her, because we have known each other for about 10 months now which means a lot to me, she lives in Dublin I believe and she just is awesome

That would be such a lovely surprise!

There are so many Irish presents to choose from. I have a few ideas in mind such as an Aran jumper for the chilly evenings or a Claddagh ring, which is a sign of friendship. 

While you can't come over and surprise her just yet, it would be nice to know what your friend likes in order to find the perfect present. 😊
