Travelling from EU (Barcelona) to Dublin

Dear all,

I am fully vaccinated (Spanish citizen) and I would like to travel to Dublin end of July. The question is crystal clear,
with a EU Covid passport (DCC) will I also need a negative PCR at present situation ?¿?¿?

Passengers who have been fully vaccinated and have the EU Digital Covid Certificate, won't need to show a negative PCR test result to access Ireland after the 19th of July.
