Best tour company for personalized tour for 8-12 people

We'll be headed to Ireland in 2022 and would like to work with a tour company that can take a list of places we want to see/stay and then arrange it all.  Some sites will be personal (meeting family), others touristy, for 55-60 year olds who also like to pub crawl.  I saw a number of tour operators on the site, but wondering which one(s) would be best to cater to these needs.  Thanks for any recommendations!
