Hi, I plan to travel at the beginning of September from Germany to Galway. All the information I get over the official pages are very confusing. And now I don't really know what papers I need for my journey.
I'm fully vaccinated. Do I need to make a PCR test before travelling? Do I need to go in 14 days quarantine when I arrive?
Thank you for helping.
