Hello,
I am Traveling from Germany to Dublin for 2 Days (07.08-08.08.2021).
I'm not finding the correct answer.
Do I have to go in quarantine for 14 Days or not?
Thanks,
Felix

Hallo Felix,

How nice that you are planning a trip to Dublin! 😊

Ireland now operates the EU Digital COVID Certificate (DCC) for travel originating within the EU/EEA. This document shows if a passenger is vaccinated against COVID-19, has recovered from COVID-19 in the past 180 days, or has a negative result to a COVID-19 test.
If you arrive in Ireland with a DCC, you do not have to undergo quarantine or travel-related testing. If your DCC is based on a non-PCR test, you need to provide proof of a negative RT-PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before arrival.
Please note that the above is provided that an emergency brake has not been applied to the country you are travelling from, in which case the requirements can change.

Remember to also complete the Passenger Locator Form before arriving in Ireland.

Please keep in mind that all government regulations will always be subject to the prevailing public health situation at the time, and therefore, may have to be adjusted. This is why it's a good idea to book flights and accommodation with flexible cancellation policies. I recommend for you to stay up to date with this traveller health page and by following the links on this page to the governments’ most recent guidelines.

I hope you'll have a great time in Dublin! 💚

Viele Grüße von der grünen Insel! ☘️
Rebecca
