hi guys, my dad and I are planning a fantastic journey in the park and I want to know if it is possible to fix the tent inside the park for one night. The tent is small and we use it only after the sunset and before the sunrise. Thanks for your help!

Ciao Simone! 😀

I am pretty sure that your trip to Ireland with your dad will be fantastic! 👌

Since wild camping in Ireland is strictly allowed only in certain areas, my advice to you is to make sure on the rules of the park you choose to stay in and to find out more information on camping in Ireland with our useful page, where you will find also the links to the official camping pages for the Republic of Ireland (Camping Ireland) and for Northern Ireland (UK Parks).
If you decided to wild camp, please be sure to follow the seven leave no trace principles:

Plan ahead and prepare
Travel and camp on durable surfaces
Dispose of waste properly
Leave what you find
Minimize campfire impacts (be careful with fire)Respect wildlife
Be considerate of other visitors

Before arriving on the island, don’t forget to fill the Passenger Locator Form. If you are staying at a campsite, you must enter this address and update any changes when you move to a new campsite by sending an email to passengerlocatorform@plf.ie
We recommend that you keep proof of this email.
You can read other useful tips about camping in Ireland these days in this first and second Community post (if you prefer to read them in Italian, you can use the Translate function at the top right).
