Renewing Wedding Vows in Dublin July 2022

Hello!! Not sure if anyone can help!!
My sister in law would like to surprise her husband on his 65th birthday (16th July 2022) by renewing their vows. She is ideally looking for a castle in Dublin (or near to) but it's an extremely intimate wedding, with only 10 guests attending.
She is looking for everything from, venue, accommodation, food plus wedding extras. 
My sister in law has asked me to help plan the "renewal", so any help would be really appreciated as I really don't know where to start!
