To return to the US and other countries, you are required to show proof of a negative COVID test done within 24 hours of departure. We are departing from Dublin. We are wondering where in the Dublin area we can secure a COVID test. Any help is appreciated!

Hi George and Marcia,

It's good to hear that you have a trip to Ireland lined up.

For COVID tests in Dublin, you have a few different options. I imagine that you are departing from Dublin Airport. It is possible to schedule a test at the airport, available at both terminals. Results can be provided as fast as 1-3 hours (depending on the option you choose). I recommend that you have a look at their website to learn more about booking a test.

You also have the choice to schedule a COVID test with another private provider elsewhere in the city. With a quick Google search, you will be able to see that there are many providers operating in the city. You can contact one directly to learn more.

I hope this information is helpful to you both.

Regards,
Eoin
