Morning all

I would like helpful tips and advice about holidaying along the Wild Atlantic Way, starting in the north, so after docking in either Belfast or Larne from Stranraer I'm looking for places to stay that are pet friendly, that is most important.

Either B&Bs or nice hotels are what I'm looking for.

Not that it is that important but I want to take the trip in my classic car and I want to go possible next spring or early summer

Hello David,

You are planning an amazing adventure, and how lovely that you will do it with your four-legged friend and in your classic car! We can just imagine how much fun it's going to be.

On our website you can read up on requirements for bringing a pet with you to the Emerald Isle.

There are several threads on our friendly Community forum that you might find useful. These are some of the posts that ask and answer questions about travelling around Ireland with your dog and for instance entering pubs or visiting beaches.

In addition, the Bring Fido website is useful for finding accommodation that will welcome you and your dog.

I hope this is helpful, if you need more information or inspiration we'll gladly share it with you!

Kind regards,

Vera

Hi David,

I hope you are well today.

I work for a group of 4 and 5 star hotels on the island of Ireland and we have lots of hotels based along the Wild Atlantic Way.

We have a 'Discover Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way' itinerary on our website if you would like to have a look for some inspiration.

However, there are lots of hotels along the Wild Atlantic Way that cater for all different types of budgets.

If you need any more information, please do let me know.

Many thanks,
Vicki.
