Four of us are arriving in Dublin on Sept. 20. We will spend 2 days in Dublin and then go to Cork. Is there a train between Dublin and Cork?

Hello Gay,

Thank you for your message! The four of you have a lovely trip planned by the sounds of it. I'm happy to share information on how to travel from Dublin to Cork.

Public transport is a great way to get to Cork and take in the Irish landscape as you sit back and relax. The train is a fast and comfortable option, but there are good bus connections too.

I hope this gives you everything you need to look forward to a great trip across our wee island. If you'd like to know more about your destinations or modes of transport please let us know - we'll gladly share everything we know.

Have a great holiday! Kind regards,

Vera
