Now that the UK is no longer part of the EU. Does our family require an individual passport to enter Ireland or will our driving licences be sufficient.

Hi Roy,

Travel between mainland Great Britain and the island of Ireland hasn't changed much since Brexit as we all remain within the Common Travel Area (CTA).

British and Irish citizens can travel between the two islands without a passport and without visa restrictions. However, some carriers may still require a passport as a valid photo ID so always check with your travel provider.
