Thats what my fiancé and I want to do in Ireland. Can anyone tell me the best locations and time of year perhaps? Our party would consist of less than 10 people. Any insight or personal experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Hello Amanda,

It is fantastic to hear that you wish to come over and share your special day with us here! 💚

There is some lovely information on our website about weddings here on the island of Ireland with some important legal information as well. We also have a perfect wedding venue article to help with the where and when tips, but any time is a good time to come and visit and make your special commitments to each other here with us.

In addition, we have a post here on the community about Eloping in Ireland that has some useful contact details and helpful ideas and tips.

Have you been over to visit us before as part of your decision-making process to marry here or do you have some family connections?

I hope this gives you lots of inspiration, and hopefully, your fellow members and some industry partners will be able to add to this!

If you are looking for a honeymoon destination The Harrison Belfast is a very special place to stay. It is an old merchants home from 1879 and has 16 rooms. Rooms can be booked individually or book the whole building.
