I am bringing my family to Ireland.  My husband and i have traveled there many times over the last twenty years.  He passed away June 17, 2021 and I want to share our love of Ireland. There will be 17 in our party.  Fourteen adults and three children (one age 12 and 2 age 13).  I want a self catering or B&B house that can accommodate our entire family.  Our dates are July 15 through 29. I've looked at various website but unable to locate anything.  I would like it to be walking distance to town if possible BUT finding a house this big may preclude that option.   And I hoped to find something in the middle of the island so that we can do day trips easily.  Suggestions Please.  Thanks!!!

Hi Marie,

Firstly I'd like to offer my condolences, you have chosen a beautiful way to honour your late husband by bringing you family on this meaningful trip.

Regarding your accommodation search, I hope these tips will help narrow down the perfect place.
B&B Ireland is a great tool for private accommodations, Tynte House may be an interesting option for your party.

Another search option is the Ireland webpage for accommodation, this shows a visual map of places to stay on the island.

Besides Dublin, is there any city or region that holds your preference?

Best of luck with your search!

Megan

Hi Marie
Hope you don’t mind me reaching out but I seen your message and thought you might like to know we run a business called Causeway Coast Rentals.
We have a number of tourist board registered properties throughout and have one particular one that sleeps 18, which might be ideal for all your family.
Please let me know if you’re interested and we can chat? www.causewaycoastrentals.co.uk
Kind regards
Karen
