There are two services that take you from Sligo Town to Derry~Londonderry: Bus route 64 run by
Expressway and bus route 480 run by
Bus Éireann. You could use
this journey planner for a handy overview of departure and arrival times including a map. Once you've chosen a suitable journey, you can hop over to the bus operator's website to purchase your tickets.
