How can a person live in Ireland? When now living in another state and do not have Ireland citizenship.

For the Republic of Ireland, I would suggest that you have a look at the Citizens Information website for information on moving to Ireland as it depends on your nationality and what you intend to do when you get here. You must qualify for permission to enter before coming.

For Northern Ireland the process is similar, please have a look at the NI Direct website for more information and links to the correct government pages to check for visa requirements.
