What is a nice village with character to stop at, on the west side of Ireland. In a bed and breakfast near the wild Atlantic sea?

Hi Christine,

How nice that you are planning to explore Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way!

I cannot pick one in particular but some of my favorite towns would be Clifden (Connemara, Country Galway), Doolin (County Clare) or Sneem in County Kerry.

You can also look at B&Bs available and pick a village accordingly. The B&B Ireland website is a great place to start. Here's an article about the Wild Atlantic Way's charming towns and villages to inspire you.

Are you planning a road trip and staying at various B&B's or just one and taking trips from there?

Cheers,
Antoine
