My name is Dim Canice, I'm an Optometrist by profession, from Nigeria, West Africa. The Citizens Information Website contains a full section of support for coming to work in Ireland. You may also find leads on where to look for healthcare jobs or volunteering experiences.

For the most current and accurate passport and visa advice, I recommend contacting your local Irish Embassy/Consulate before travelling to the Republic of Ireland, and your local British Embassy/High Commission or Consular Office, should you wish to go to Northern Ireland.
