First of all I apologize for my limited knowledge of your language, I do my best.
My daughter and I (21+57 y.o.) love hiking and we've got experienced multiple days trips for years. Since last January we dream to discover Ireland in this sustainable way by walking and using, when needed, public transport.
We'd love to visit Aran islands as well (are we correct by planning there 2 nights and three discovery days?) and then to walk all along the Atlantic coast possibly only walking and then sleeping onsite.
We can easily walk up to 25/30 km/day.
The period will be the first half of August and we can plan up to 14 days of trip.
We'd love to receive your suggestions.

Ciao Paolo,

What an amazing adventure you and your daughter have planned!

Walking the Atlantic coast is a special way to experience Ireland’s landscapes and villages. The Aran Islands are a fantastic choice: spending two nights there with three days to explore sounds ideal. You'll have time to visit Inis Mór’s famous Dún Aonghasa, cycle or walk around Inis Oírr and Inis Meáin’s peaceful trails.

For your coastal walk, you might consider sections of the Wild Atlantic Way, like the Dingle Way in Kerry and the Burren Way in Clare. Given that you have about 14 days at your disposal, I suggest you visit our page "Walking in Ireland" for more information on recommended routes and walking itineraries, so you will be able to plan your trip more easily. Also, here are some existing community posts for your convenience, feel free to browse and see if any information helps with your plans:

How do I explore Ireland's trails on my own?

Public transport helps to connect the various areas, especially the towns. To better plan your trips, I recommend this Journey Planner. In addition, I recommend booking accommodation in advance, especially if you plan to explore the island in August. To search for accommodation, I suggest using our search tool.

For further advice, don't hesitate to ask. Buona programmazione!
