Halloween 2025 - Smaller festivals & spooky celebrations

As the Home of Halloween, the Island of Ireland is where you want to be to celebrate! From ancient Samhain traditions to modern parades, haunted castles, and family-friendly events, Ireland is the best place in the world to celebrate spooky season.

Major events such as Derry Halloween (Co. Derry~Londonderry), Puca Festival and the Bram Stoker Festival (Dublin) are Halloween highlights for 2025, but did you know there are many other events, parades and experiences to join?

• Bram Stoker Festival - Dublin City - Oct 31- Nov 3
  A multi-day celebration of gothic literature, theatre, and immersive art inspired by Dracula’s author, spreading his legacy through the eerie streets and cultural venues of Dublin.
  
• Derry Halloween - Co. Londonderry - October 28 – 31
  Europe’s largest Halloween festival, transforming the Walled City with spectacular light shows, acrobats, fire, folklore, and a carnival atmosphere for all ages.
  
• Puca Festival - Oct 30 - Nov 2
  A mythic celebration in Trim and Athboy rooted in Samhain, lighting up the night with processions, fire rituals, folklore, music, and food.
  
• Fingal Festival of Fire & Light - Co.Dublin - Oct 31
  An unforgettable evening of music and fireworks
  
• Samhain on Uisneach - Co. Westmeath - Oct 31-Nov 1
  Two-day ancient-Celtic style gathering at Hill of Uisneach with storytelling, ritual, fire and music
  
• Clonakilty Samhain Festival – Co. Cork – Nov 6 - 9
  Community procession, fire show, traditional music, art and folklore in early November in Clonakilty
  
• Samhain: Limericks Halloween Festival - Limerick - Oct 23-27
  This Samhain festival celebrates Irish culture with a focus on Limerick heritage and traditions surrounding Hallowe'en
