Hi Tammy,
I'm delighted to hear about your upcoming trip! 😍
Layers are always a good idea here in Ireland! It's starting to get chilly these days, with sunny spells and days where it does get warmer than expected - it's a common occurrence here on the island to experience all 4 seasons in a day, so layers are the perfect solution to changing temperatures.
This article gives you a handy overview and a weather wheel showing average weather data by month and location. In a short while, you should be able to find the weather forecast for your travel period
here as well. I would say that a warmer coat or jacket, and overall rainproof clothing including boots will be a good idea. If you're planning to spend some time on our coast, you might even be glad about a thin hat and thin gloves, as it can be quite windy on our shores around this time of year.
