Order of the trip: Dublin, Cork Galway or Dublin, Galway, Cork?

We've booked a Kodaline concert in Cork for June 19th of next year. We want to combine this with a tour. We want to fly into Dublin and stay there for two or three nights. Should we choose Cork or Galway after visiting Dublin? We want to visit three cities and take day trips from there. From Dublin, we'll definitely visit Glendalough and Wicklow, and from Galway, we'll definitely visit the Cliffs of Moher. What would be the best order if we want to start and end in Dublin and travel by bus or train?
