Bed and Breakfast or Hotel Direct booking emails

Hello Folks, new poster from US trying to book rooms for 3 adults (3 beds) April 2026. I've found some interesting places but would rather book direct. How can I get email addresses? I've been rerouted to a booking website with a logo that looked like it was from a hotel, but pretty clear if you read the email reply that it's some sort of agent. I no longer have landline phone and haven't got international calling on my phone yet.
