Question Visa

Hello
I would like to visit Ireland. I haven't been back in over 25 years, which is starting to feel like a long time... 😊
But I would like to go with my fiancée, who is Russian and currently lives in Moscow. Does anyone know if visa applications are being accepted at the moment, please ?
I applied three years ago and was told that visa applications could be made but that there was no time limit for a response (it could take up to six months or more without a reply).
