Thanks for the question! There are indeed plenty of pet-friendly places to stay on the island of Ireland. 🐶Discover Ireland has a lovely article on 11 dog-friendly places to stay, helping you choose locations to base yourself when building your itinerary.
Another couple of websites are Original Irish HotelsOhMyDog, which lists a multitude of different options on places to stay, and also Dog Friendly Retreats for cottages that allow pets.

B&B Ireland also has a search section dedicated to B&Bs, if this is an alternative that would suit as well.

What sort of dogs do you have?

We visited Ireland (from the UK) last summer and found some good accommodation options, although not as common as in other countries. One place that I would higjly recommend was the lodges at the Burren Nature Sanctuary - see here: https://burrennaturesanctuary.ie/stay-at-burren-nature-sanctuary/
