​My wife and I are planning a trip to Ireland, focusing on the Ring of Kerry and the Cork area.​ My wife uses a wheelchair, but she is able to walk short distances when needed. We are finding it a bit tricky to gather detailed information on how accessible certain sights actually are.​
Do you have any recommendations for accessible activities, scenic viewpoints, gardens, castles, or gentle walks around these areas? Any feedback on path conditions, steps, or parking options nearby would be greatly appreciated!​

There is a 2-day trip idea for the Ring of Kerry on our website that includes Muckross House, a lovely place to have on your itinerary. As you drive around, there will be plenty of places and villages to stop and explore or just take in the views. In Killarney National Park, Ross Castle would also be a place to visit. It is wheelchair accessible, but like all old castles, it can be a bit steep. Again, they have a contact and some details on their website.
