If you’re planning a trip to the island of Ireland but you’re worried about finding veggie-friendly food, fear not! Ireland has got your back with an amazing array of vegan and vegetarian delights that will leave you hungry for more.

Dublin city offers a veggie haven called Cornucopia on Wicklow Street. Their daily changing menu is a culinary adventure you won't want to miss. Don't believe us? Well, Good Food Ireland raves about it, and we can't help but agree!

Oh, and speaking of Dublin, there's more! Póg, Veginity, Blazing Salads and It's A Trap Bakery are some fantastic spots that promise to make your taste buds do the happy dance, while you’ll find amazing options at veggie-friendly spots such as Shouk. To take things up a level with a bit of fine dining, Glas is your go-to with dishes such as Beluga lentil salad with goat’s cheese frittata and corn chip.

Venturing down to Cork city, get ready to be dazzled by Paradiso – a true trailblazer on the vegetarian food scene. This iconic fine-dining institution has been winning hearts and awards for decades, so make sure to reserve your spot because everyone's clamouring to savour their delightful dishes.

In Belfast, check out Buba. Their eastern Mediterranean-inspired menu, with lots of small plates, is delicious and perfect for sharing. They make a wide range of veggie-friendly dishes AND they’re known for their artisan cocktails – yum!

That’s not all for Belfast. In the city centre, you’ll find Jumon with mouthwatering Asian vegan and vegetarian cuisine. For something a little different head to Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter where you’ll find Pizza Punks offering a huge range of pizzas with loads of quirky vegan toppings to choose from. Wash it down was a vegan milkshake, or a vegan cocktail if you fancy.

Galway city has a bright spot for veggies, too: The Lighthouse Café. With locally sourced produce and a splash of creativity, their veggie and vegan offerings are drool-worthy.

And we can’t forget our Wild Atlantic Way town, Sligo. Sweet Beat Café is here to take your taste buds on an inspiring journey. Prepare to indulge in flavourful concoctions that turn virtue into sinful delight – a true foodie experience!
