Car rental

Hello everyone,
My friend and I will be visiting Ireland from September 8th to 12th. We would love to rent a car to go on a road trip and explore some places that are not easily accessible by bus.
Unfortunately, both of us have our driving licenses for just under 4 years, which makes it impossible to rent a car through the usual agencies.
Do you know of any affordable rental companies that allow drivers with less than 4 years of driving experience, or any alternative solutions for young drivers like us?

It's great that you are coming to Ireland very soon! 

If you are under 25, the rental company may require years of driving experience or charge a young driver fee, as you may have noticed. We actually have a whole discussion on this topic already, especially helpful for younger drivers. You can check it out here. 😊

If you end up not renting a vehicle, you can still use public transportation and visit offbeat locations (depending on bus services). You could also join an organized day trip through local tours-operators if you'd like. What did you have in mind during these 4 days with us?
