Locate venues for event

Hello there,
Next year I plan to host a large event in the greater area of Dublin with about 100 guests. Therefore I am looking for a hotel that also includes a dinner venue to host such a large party. Rather than being in the center of the city I am also open to a venue to the outside which can also be reached easily from the airport. Welcoming any resources to further my search, do you have any suggestions or advise?
